This writ petition is disposed of in following terms as agreed

and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:-

1. The petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation with

the respondents against the suspension order dated 20.09.2023

as also its continuation within a period of four weeks from today.

2. The respondents shall review the suspension order dated

20.09.2023 vide a reasoned and speaking order taking into

consideration the submissions raised by the petitioner in the

representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of its

receipt with its communication to the petitioner.
