Appellants-plaintiff have preferred the first appeal assailing

the judgment and decree dated 20.05.2022, whereby and

whereunder plaintiff's suit has been dismissed.

Issue notice to respondents.

On request of counsel for appellants, service of notice upon

respondent No.5, who is proforma respondent & co-plaintiff, is

dispensed with.

Record of trial court be summoned.

In the meanwhile, both parties shall maintain status quo as

to alienation and possession of the suit property, as it exists today.
