It is brought to our notice that this W.A.(MD).No.664 of 2015 does

not relate to the batch. We do not gone into the merits of each case since the

representation was made before the Bench that all cases are covered by the

decision of the Full Bench, they were disposed of following the judgment of

the Full Bench.

2. It is now brought to our notice that the present writ appeal on hand

viz., W.A.(MD)No.664 of 2015 does not relate to the batch. Hence, the

order dated 10.10.2022 is recalled in respect of W.A.(MD).No.664 of 2015

alone. The same is de-linked and the Registry is directed to post W.A.
