Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the

appeal with liberty to challenge the action of the respondents in

demolishing a part of the construction allegedly without following the

procedure contemplated under law.

In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn,

with liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs.

Consequently, C.M.P.No.6998 of 2022 is closed.
