                                                                                JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 24/12/2010 passed by Second Additional Session Judge and Special Judge (Electricity Act), District- Morena (M.P.) in Special Case No.29/2007, whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under:-

Allegation against the appellant is that appellant was using electricity illegally and committed theft of electricity without taking electricity connection. On the basis aforesaid, FIR was registered against the appellant. After trial, appellant was convicted and sentenced as mentioned above.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record, this Court is of the view that trial Court has not committed any illegality in passing the impugned judgment, therefore, no interference is warranted. Accordingly, this criminal appeal is dismissed.
