Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this matter may be heard. He made this request on one more occasion in the last week but it is seen that in this

appeal impugned judgment is passed whereby certain other persons were also convicted. The connected appeals are arising out of said judgment. Shri Saraf submits that counsel for the appellants in other cases are not appearing and therefore Amicus Curiae are appointed in certain cases. It is seen that Amicus Curiae is also not coming to assist the Court.

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it proper to appoint a fresh Amicus Curiae in these batch of appeals, in those connected appeals in which nobody is appearing for the appellants. Accordingly, in the connected criminal appeals, following Amicus Curiae are appointed to assist the Court :-
