      Ms. Sudha Shrivastava, learned counsel for the Respondent.

Counsel for the appellant/State submits that both the petitions were allowed placing reliance on a judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Ashish Awasthy Vs. State of M.P and others

(W.A.No.1559/2018). Against the said order, the State Government approached the Apex Court and now in Civil Appeal No.6903/2021, the Civil appeal has been allowed and the order dated 12.12.2018 passed in case of Ashish Awasthy (Supra) has been set aside.

Learned counsel for the respondent prays for time to examine the said judgment.

Prayer allowed.
