Upon being pointedly asked, learned counsel for the respondents concedes that no date has yet been fixed in the SLP preferred by the respondents against the order and judgment dated June 6, 2025.

Whereas, to the contrary, learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the matter is time sensitive and the career of the petitioner is at stake.
