A short point is raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the

Judgment impugned, whereby, the medical re-imbursement claim of the

petitioner has been held admissible by the Tribunal, there is no direction to

pay the said amount along with reasonable interest. In that view of the

matter the counsel for the respondents is granted a weeks' time to seek

instructions in the matter.
