01. Taken out of turn on joint request of the parties.

02. In terms of the order dated 16.09.2023, last and final

opportunity of three weeks was granted to the respondents to comply

with the judgment, failing which, respondent No. 1/Administrative

Secretary to Government, School Education Department shall appear in

person on the next date but neither the judgment has been complied

with nor Administrative Secretary to Government, School Education

Department/respondent No. 1 has caused his appearance.

03. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG submits that the respondents

have already written to the Director School Education for identifying

one post of Teacher in District Cadre Poonch for implementation of the

judgment dated 24.06.2020 passed in SWP No. 623/2015 within a

week's time. In this regard, a communication has also been produced by

him which is taken on record.

04. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG requests for exemption of

Administrative Secretary to Government, School Education

Department/respondent No. 1 from the personal appearance on the

ground that he is coordinating the visit of Hon'ble President of India.

His oral request is acceded to and personal appearance of respondent

No. 1 is exempted for today only.
