                                     ORDER

A perusal of the report of the Nazir reveals that the awarded

amount stands deposited in the Registry and the same has been kept in a fixed

deposit.

As the main appeal has been dismissed vide judgment 06.05.2021,

the amount deposited by the appellant-insurance company be released in favour

of the claimants/respondents along with interest, if any, as per award after

proper verification of the respondents/claimants by their engaged counsel(s).
