Notice. Ms. Priyanka Chauhan, learned Deputy

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf

of the respondents-State.

2. The instant petition has been filed for grant of the

following substantive reliefs:-

"i) That the notification dated 30.7.2024 (Annexure P-1) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes 2024:HHC:10213-DB )

(ii) That the notification dated 17.8.2024 (Annexure P-2) may kindly be quashed and set aside qua the GPS Ghunghan Kalan.

(iii) That the office order annexure P-7 and P-8 be quashed and set aside qua Government Primary School Ghungan Kalan, Tehsil Bangana, District Una, Himachal Pradesh."

3. It would be noticed that apart from the five students,

that occur in the Primary Section, there are as many as seven other

students, who are studying in the pre-primary section.

4. It is for this precise reason that the learned Deputy

Advocate General has informed the Court that the decision

regarding shifting of GPS Ghunghan Kalan to GPS Kakrana is being

reconsidered.

5. Once that be so, obviously the instant petition has

served its purpose and is disposed of accordingly, so also the

pending application(s), if any.
