2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by

the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court

in CWP No. 2384 of 2018, titled State of H.P. and

Others Vs. Sh. Matwar Singh and Anr., decided

on 18.12.2018, He further submits that petitioner

shall be content in case the respondents are directed

to consider the case of the petitioner in a time bound

manner in light of judgment ibid.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

with the direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the

case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by

Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 2384 of

2018, within eight weeks from today and will decide

the same by passing a speaking order. In case, the

petitioner is found similarly situated as respondents

in CWP No. 2384 of 2018, he will also be granted the

same benefits as granted to the respondents in above

case.

4. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if

any, shall also stand disposed of.
