2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court

in CWP No. 842 of 2017 alongwith connected

.

matter, decided on 07.07.2022, titled as State of

H,P. and Others Vs. Sardari Lal and Ors. He

further submits that petitioner shall be content in

case the respondents are directed to consider the case

of the petitioner in a time bound manner in light of

judgment ibid.

3. to Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

with the direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the

case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by

Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 842 of 2017

alongwith connected matter, decided on 07.07.2022,

titled as State of H,P. and Others Vs. Sardari Lal and

Ors., within eight weeks from today and will decide

the same by passing a speaking order. In case, the

petitioner is found similarly situated as respondents

in CWP No. 842 of 2017, he will also be granted the

same benefits as granted to the respondents in above

case.

4. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if

any, shall also stand disposed of.
