This application under Order 32 Rule 12 read with

Section 151 CPC, has been moved by respondent No.3, Hans

Raj, for discharging the natural guardian. Along with application,

Birth Certificate of respondent No.3-Hans Raj, reflecting the fact

that he has attained majority, has been appended.

No reply is intended to be filed to the application by

the non-applicant/appellant.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the

application, the same is allowed. Application stands disposed of.

CMP No. 2783 of 2021

Respondents No. 1 & 3, i.e. Reena Devi and Hans

Raj, have prayed for release of compensation amount, lying

deposited in the Registry of this Court, in terms of the award and

judgment, dated 18.05.2006 & 03.04.2012, respectively.

No reply is intended to be filed to the instant

application by the non-applicant/appellant.

Learned counsel for the parties have jointly stated

that judgment dated 03.04.2012, has attained finality and no

appeal against the same was preferred.

In view of the above, the instant application is

allowed. The compensation amount falling to the shares of

applicants/respondents No. 1 & 3, namely, Reena Devi and Hans

Raj, in terms of award and judgment, is ordered to be remitted

alongwith up-to-date interest in their bank accounts, details

.

whereof have been appended alongwith the application.

Application stands disposed of.
