Heard Mr. B. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. P. Das, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

This review petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 114 and Order 47 Rule 1 of the CPC, read with Chapter-X of the Gauhati High Court Rules, is preferred for review of the judgment and order dated 20.02.2018, passed by this Court, in WP(C) No. 1004/2013.

Perused the petition and the documents placed on record, and also perused the judgment and order dated 20.02.2018, passed by this Court, in WP(C) No. 1004/2013.

Let notice be issued to the respondents, returnable in four weeks.

As Ms. Das, learned standing counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, no formal notice is required to be issued to the said respondents. However, extra requisite copies of the petition be furnished to her during the course of the day.
