Mr. P. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an affidavit in proof of dasti service upon the sole respondent.

Mr. A.U. Ahmed, learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf of such respondent.

Through this contempt petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance regarding non-compliance of the directions given by a learned Single Judge of Page No.# 2/2

this Court vide judgment & order dated 25.10.2017 passed in a bunch of writ petitions led by WP(C) No.5652/2009.

It appears that the writ appeals filed by the Bank against the aforesaid judgment & order was rejected by Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.02.2022 and hence, the instant contempt petition has been preferred before a Division Bench.

Mr. A.U. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent makes a statement that in other analogous matters, contempt petitions have been filed by the litigants concerned before the learned Single Bench.

In this view of the matter, we hereby direct that this contempt petition shall also be listed before the concerned Single Bench along with Cont. Case (C) No.468/2018 and Cont. Case (C) No.432/2018 as there is no requirement of considering this contempt petition by the Division Bench.
