1. The instant MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of FAM No. 148/2019, which got dismissed by a peremptory order dated 26.11.2021.The peremptory order was for the submission of the paper book within a period of three weeks.
2. Counsel for the Applicant submits that by the time the paper-book was deposited, three weeks' time has already lapsed.
3. For all the reasons mentioned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. FAM No. 148/2019 stands restored to its original number.
4. No order as to cost.
