                     Heard on I.A.No.1 of 2020, which is an application for
             condonation of delay of 170 days in filing the instant second
             appeal.
                     Issue notice on the aforesaid       application to the
             respondents on payment of process fee within a period of

one week.

Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the respondents have already initiated proceeding for execution of judgment and decree passed by the trial court and affirmed by the First Appellate Court and the matter is listed on 7-1-2022 and now it has been adjourned to 2-2- 2022.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the appellants and further considering the fact that the appellants are living in the residential house and if interim protection is not granted, the appellants will suffer irreparable loss which cannot be compensated in terms of money, as an interim measure, it is directed that the status quo as it exists today shall be maintained by the parties till the next date of hearing.

List this case on 23-2-2022.

It is made clear that process fee is not paid within stipulated time, interim order passed by this court shall automatically stand vacated.
