The Court:- This is an application for execution of a decree dated 8th December,

2022.

By the decree, the judgment debtor was directed to pay the entire decretal dues of

Rs.83,46,807/- to the decree-holder. By an order dated 18th August, 2020, the judgment

debtor was also directed to furnish security for the entire amount.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that notwithstanding an order dated

18th August, 2020, the judgment-debtor has failed, refused and neglected to furnish the

security.

It is also submitted that the decree has become final, binding and executable.

There is no challenge to the said decree.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a), (b) and (c)

of the Tabular Statement.

The decree-holder is directed to effect service of this order on the judgment-debtor

and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 20th June, 2023.
