behalf of the respondent no.1, Mr. Amal Sen and Ms. Ashima Das (Sil), Ld. Advocates, for the State,

intimating that this matter shall be taken up on July 18, 2023 at 2 p.m. It is expected that the respondents

shall file their respective affidavits on that date.

                The Additional Secretary, STA, shall file a detailed report as regards the dispute between

the writ petitioners and the private respondents. Due regard shall be given to the judgment dated 13th

January 2023 delivered by the Hon'ble Single Bench in W.P. No.612 of 2019.

                The appellants shall communicate this order to the office of the Secretary, Transport

Department, Government of West Bengal.
