The Court: It appears from the earlier orders of this Court dated 9th

January, 2020 modified on 22nd January, 2020 that the decree-holder was

directed to effect substituted service in the local news paper at

Kanpur. The decree-holder has made the necessary publication and the affidavit

of service to that effect is submitted before the Hon'ble Court.

It is seen that the judgment-debtors have not filed their affidavit of assets

since October 14, 2015 for which this application being GA/47/2020 has been

filed by the award-holder for issuance of warrant against the judgment-debtors.

In view of the above, let warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment-

debtor no.1.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest

and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before the

returnable date.

The judgment-debtor no.1 is directed to be present in Court on the

returnable date for his examination.

GA No.47 of 2020 is disposed of.

The matter is made returnable twelve weeks hence.
