The present petition has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 10.09.2015 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (J.D), Court No.16, District Basti dismissing Original Suit No.437 of 2001 filed by the predecessor in interest of the petitioner as well as against the judgment and decree dated 5.2.2022 passed by Second Additional District Judge, Basti dismissing Civil Appeal No.55 of 2015 filed by the petitioner against the decree of the trial court.

The petitioner has the remedy to file a second appeal.

In view of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, the petition is dismissed.

The certified copy of the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts' below shall be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photo copy of the same on record.
