The instant application has been filed by the petitioners

seeking modification/correction in the order dated 07.01.2026

passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition Nos.10058/2025 and

10004/2025.

For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, the

same is allowed.

Accordingly, in the order dated 07.01.2026 passed in S.B.

Criminal Misc. Petition Nos.10058/2025 and 10004/2025, "FIR

No.0271/2025, registered at Police Station Sojat City,

District Pali" shall be read instead of "FIR No.270/2025

registered at Police Station Sojat, Distt. Pali".

Ordered accordingly.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order

dated 07.01.2026.
