1. The appeal has been filed against the order of acquittal of

sole respondent passed by the learned trial Court vide judgment

dated 22.09.2025. Initially, notices were issued, however, a report

has been submitted by the S.H.O. Police Station Rajaldesar,

informing therein that the sole respondent Sujan Singh has

expired on 27.03.2025. The death certificate and the certificate of

the Sarpanch concerned has also shown annexed along with the

report.

2. Considering the fact that the sole respondent has expired,

the present appeal stands abated and is dismissed accordingly.
