AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, Dungarpur by its judgment and award dated 25.03.2010 in MAC Case No.9612006 awarded a sum of Rs.1,20,0001- alongwith interest @ 6% per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 25.03.20 10 is further enhanced by Rs.6,00,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Ins~zranceCompany with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award ii~pugneddated 25.03.2010 passed by MACT, Dungarpur in Claim Case No.9612006 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
