This civil revision petition, which is directed against the order

dated 22.04.2022 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge,

Dantaramgarh, Sikar in Civil Suit No.89/2021, is being disposed of

in following terms as agreed and requested by learned counsels

for the respective parties:-

"(I) The order dated 22.04.2022 is quashed and set aside.

(II) The plaint is directed to be returned to the respondents no.1 to 5/plaintiffs for its presentation before the competent Revenue Court."
