This second appeal under Section 100 has been filed against

the judgment dated 27.07.2011 in appeal no.16/2005 passed by

Additional District Judge, Sambhar Lake, Jaipur confirming the

judgment dated 24.02.2005 in civil suit no.113/1996 passed by

Civil Judge (Senior Division) Sambhar Lake, whereby suit for

recovery of rent and eviction was decreed against the

appellant/defendant.

This second appeal has been filed by the tenant against

decree for eviction.

Learned counsel for appellant prays to seek instructions from

the appellant for vacation of the suit premises.

At joint request, list on 09.11.2022 in supplementary list.

Till then, interim order shall continue.

Accordingly, application No.2/2022 filed for extension of stay

order stands disposed of.
