Heard the parties.

This petition is for quashing of the FIR No.0147/2022

registered at Police Station Brahampuri, Jaipur City (North) for

offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 143 and 436 IPC.

The dispute between the parties is of private nature. The

case is covered by the judgment in the case of Gian Singh Vs.

State of Punjab & Anr. reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303.

The respondent No.2 is physically present in the Court and

submits that the parties have entered into compromise.

After compromise, continuance of criminal proceedings would

amount to abuse of the process of law.

Hence, FIR and subsequent proceedings arising out of the

FIR stands quashed and petition stands allowed.

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
