Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter

pending before the Court below has been argued and the same is

now fixed for pronouncement of judgment and in view of the

factual aspect of the matter, the petitioner does not want to press

the present bail application, at this stage.

Hence, the present bail application stands dismissed as not

pressed.
