At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
he does not press this writ petition on its merits and prays for
some reasonable time to vacate the premises.
Issue notice confined to respondent No.1. Notices may also
be given 'dasti'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the
defects in the meanwhile.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on the interim relief.
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by him,
this Court deems it just and proper to stay the execution of the
judgment dated 24.08.2022 passed by learned Rent Appellate
Tribunal, Sawai Madhopur in Civil Regular Appeal (Rent Control)
No.04/2020, till next date.
