Counsel for appellant submits that lands in question were

decided to allotted to the plaintiff School for the purpose of

playground and suit was filed for implementation of decisions

taken by respondents but the same has been dismissed vide

impugned judgment dated 08.08.2022 passed in Civil Suit

No.44/2017 by the Court of Additional District Judge No.2, District

Jhunjhunu.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

Record of trial court be summoned.

Counsel for appellant submits that during the course of trial,

vide stay order dated 02.06.2018, respondents were restrained

not to allot the lands in question to any third party.

The stay order dated 02.06.2018 shall remain continue.
