and decree dated 29.8.2012 by the Additional Civil Judge (Jr.

Division) No.3, Bharatpur, which has been affirmed in first appeal

No.228/2016 vide judgment dated 15.11.2018 by the Additional

District Judge No.3, Bharatpur.

It appears from previous order-sheets that appellant is not

pursuing the second appeal on merits.

In the interest of justice, list this appeal again on

12.12.2022.
