IA No. 1/2022:-

The petitioner has moved the present application inter alia

seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 04.09.2013 passed by the

co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with

the matter in light of judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt.

Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

The same is not opposed by the learned counsel for the

respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

The interim order dated 04.09.2013 passed by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court is extended till vacated or modified.

IA No. 2/2022:-

An application has been filed for correction of the order

dated 14.11.2022 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.

10581/2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to

withdraw the present application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
