This writ petition (PIL) has been filed by the petitioner

claiming that certain persons under the patronage of the

Chairman, Nagar Prishad, Hanumangarh are raising illegal

encroachment and construction of shops over the land situated

near Satipura Hanumangarh Town Bypass, Radha Swami Satsang

Vyas Dere reserved for public park/playground according to the

master plan.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the

opinion that the petitioner is required to implead those persons,

who are allegedly raising illegal construction and making

encroachment over the land reserved for public park/playground

as also to implead the Chairman of the Nagar Parishad,

Hanumangarh as party respondents in this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted

time to move application for impleading the above referred

persons as party respondents in this writ petition.
