Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue

raised in the present writ petition is similar to Surendra Kumar

Swami & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.13100/2021 decided on 23.9.2021, wherein a coordinate

Bench of this Court permitted the petitioners therein to file

representation and required the respondents to pass appropriate

orders within eight weeks and, therefore, similar order may be

passed in the present petition also.

In view of the submissions made, the present writ petition is

disposed of with similar directions as given in the case of Surendra

Kumar Swami (supra), which reads as under:-

"2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file detailed representations ventilating their grievances along with copies of the judgments, which they want to rely upon.

3. On receipt of such representations, the respondents shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from receipt thereof.

4. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly."
