This second appeal arises against the judgment and decree

for eviction passed by the trial court and affirmed by the appellate

court.

Appellant has filed application under Order 41 Rule 27 read

with Section 151 CPC for taking documents on record.

The appeal is still pending at the stage of admission,

therefore, the additional documents shall be considered at the

time of admission, if the same are found relevant and admissible

in evidence.

Accordingly, the application No.42435/2019 stands disposed

of.
