It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by
order dated 30.06.2021, the confirmation order and fixation of the
petitioner have been withdrawn as a consequence of which, the
respondents would recover about Rs.12 lacs. from the petitioner,
which recovery would be contrary to the judgment in the case of
State of Punjab & Ors. v. Rafiq Masih (White Washer) & Ors. :
2015 (4) SCC 334.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice
of the stay application also, returnable within a period of six
weeks.
Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for
the petitioner.
In the meanwhile and till further orders, recovery pursuant
to the order dated 30.06.2021, if any, shall remain stayed.
