After attempting to argue the matter on merits for

quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants

to withdraw this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for

the petitioner to raise all his grievances before the trial

court in case the respondent (election petitioner)

attempts to get any documents exhibited before the

election tribunal.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
