This first appeal assails the judgment and decree dated

01.11.2018 passed by Additional District Judge, Jhalawar in civil

suit No.19/2012 whereby and whereunder the civil suit for specific

performance has been decreed in favour of the respondent-

plaintiff.

The first appeal was filed on 23.12.2018 and since then no

order has been passed in this first appeal.

Counsel appearing for and on behalf of appellant is not

aware about the execution of the judgment and decree dated

01.11.2018.

Let the record of the trial court be summoned.
