          Parties have entered into settlement which has been

 placed on record as a joint compromise petition. First

 installment of Rs. 5 Lakhs demand draft (State Bank of India,

 Bearing Demand Draft No. 151233) in favour of respondent-

 Jaya Devi is furnished to her counsel during the course of the

 day on behalf of the appellant by his counsel.

          2. Having regard to the joint compromise petition dated

 04.08.2025

, the present miscellaneous appeal stands disposed

of. Family Court judgment dated 03.03.2020 passed by

Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar in Matrimonial (Divorce)

Case No. 184 of 2011 (CIS No. 1082 of 2013), would not be a Patna High Court MA No.3 of 2021 dt.07-08-2025

hurdle for the purpose of disposing this miscellaneous appeal.

To that effect Registry is hereby directed to draw a decree.

3. In the event of non compliance to any of the

conditions stipulated in joint compromise petition by either of

the party, in that event, either of the party is at liberty to file

interlocutory application to revive this order.

4. With the above observation, the present miscellaneous

appeal stands disposed of.
