After the decision given by the District Appellate

Authority, the State Government has formed a State Appellate

Authority as an Appellate forum in the year 2015 itself. Keeping

in view that the forum of appeal is available to the petitioner, the

writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file appeal before the Patna High Court CWJC No.9343 of 2015 dt.17-02-2023

State Appellate Authority. If such an appeal is filed, the same

shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of

eight months.
