Heard Mr. Shankar Dayal Singh and Mr. Uday Prasad

Singh, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and

Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

informs that substantial amount of retiral dues has been paid to the

petitioner and petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of up to

date interest in accordance with law from the date he is entitled.

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has two wife and Patna High Court CWJC No.9065 of 2023 dt.31-08-2023

he will resolve the dispute with respect to entitlement of his first

wife and second wife in accordance with law by availing

appropriate legal remedy before the competent Civil Court or he

will abide by the Government Circular in this regard.

3. With the above observation and direction the writ

petition stands disposed of.
