Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents authorities to deposit the amount already deducted

from the salary of the deceased husband of the petitioner in the

EPF account in order to enable the petitioner to avail of the

facilities under the Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952.

The writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the

respondent no. 3 to look into the matter and take a decision at

the earliest, in any case, not later than three weeks. He shall pass Patna High Court CWJC No.9956 of 2020 dt.17-11-2021

speaking order copy whereof shall be delivered at the residential

address of the petitioner.
