1. Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of

appellant-husband. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment

dated 20th February, 2023 of the family Court refusing to dissolve the

marriage. Application for condonation of delay has also been filed.

He submits, the delay be condoned and the appeal be admitted.

2. Report is that the appeal was filed in time and hence, no order

need be made in the application. It is disposed of.
