04. 1. It is stated that against an order passed by the First Appellate Court in favour of Opposite Party No.3 in an appeal against the judgment and decree dated 31st July, 2008 in Civil Suit No.102 of 2003 filed by the father of the present Petitioner, a Regular Second Appeal No.605 of 2014 has been filed in this Court which is stated to be pending.

2. This writ petition be listed after the decision in the aforementioned RSA No.605 of 2014.

3. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
