                                                       JUDGMENT

(Judgement of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.)

The Writ Court while disposing of the writ petition, has preserved the

rights of the appellant / 3rd respondent in the writ petition. The document

executed in the year 2014 cannot be cancelled based on a Circular issued in the

year 2017. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Writ

Court more so when the Writ Court has preserved the rights of the appellant /

3rd respondent. The Writ Appeal fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No

costs.
