                                                           ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the Charge

Sheet in Spl.CC.No.30 of 2021 on the file of the Honble Special Court

for POSCO Act Cases,Tirunelveli District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent

would submit that the trial in Spl.CC.No.30 of 2021 is over, judgment of

conviction has been rendered.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this

petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout

his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal

Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
