[Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.]

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for the appellant submitted that he is withdrawing this writ appeal

with liberty to the appellant to challenge the order of dismissal passed by the

ninth respondent pursuant to the directions issued by this Court vide order

dated 08.11.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.24683 of 2022 in the manner known to law

and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
