                                                        JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.)

This writ appeal is directed as against the order of the learned

single Judge, dated 26.02.2021, passed in W.P(MD)No.258 of 2021.

2. The writ petition was filed with a limited prayer to consider

the representation of the writ petitioner.

3. The learned single Judge of this Court without expressing

any opinion on the merits of the writ petitioner's representation, directed

the first appellant herein, to consider the representation of the writ

petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance

with law.

4. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of the

learned single Judge as the appellants cannot have any grievance.

5. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No Costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
